Sure, that sounds good.  But is it Competitive?

Liquidated damages, the cost of one day of business operations, less HVAC tonnage, trying to get subs back on site after delays, getting 'weathered in' faster, less jobsite waste, reduced scaffolding time, lower insurance rates, reduced general conditions, direct application of textured acrylic finished vs. three steps of EIFS, furring out block ... the competitive advantages of the all in one Koreteck Building Envelope System go on and on.  No matter what conventional system you compare it to, none can offer all the benefits of Koreteck.

….and no emerging system has the pedigree and proven performance of 400 buildings in 46 states, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Did you know:
Koreteck as a below grade foundation wall!

Using the Koreteck Building Envelope System as a below grade, evenly filled foundation wall can take weeks and significant dollars out of your project! Simply install the system on your footing, waterproof with a membrane, back fill on both sides and take the panels on up! This not only drastically reduces the time needed to form the poured in-place walls, but also thermally breaks your finished floor slab increasing your thermal envelope performance.

It makes good cents.

Koreteck’s Building Envelope System isn’t just about maximizing energy savings. It’s also about minimizing construction overhead, operating costs, and those energy dollars that seep through the cracks of conventional building materials.

Energy is the single largest operating expense for commercial office buildings.

We’ve seen our customers save up to 40 percent in their energy bills—and when our system is integrated into a total energy plan for your building, clients have saved up to 50 percent of their heating and cooling energy.

And that matters:

  • 30 percent energy savings lowers operating costs by $25,000 per year for every 50,000 square feet of office space—and according to Energy Star, can translate into an increase of 5 percent in net operating income.

  • 50 percent energy savings (ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2001) makes building owners eligible for a one-time tax deductions of up to $1.80 per square foot today and $2.25 per square foot after 2013. Partial deductions of up to $.60 per square foot can be taken for measures affecting the building envelope, lighting, or heating and cooling systems.
